There was a new “Coach Video” shown at Summit and now it has been released on Beachbody’s website. You will start seeing this after most new workouts coming out later this year. The unique thing about this video is that yours truly makes a brief cameo. Yes, one Friday night I decided to record myself saying the script and send it in. Low and behold, I wind up with a short (very short) spot in the video.

Coaching has been an extremely rewarding experience for me. I do it for the simple reason of Paying It Forward. As many of you know, you do get a 25% discount on all products and a coach does get a commission on all products their team buys through them. But this is not the focus for me. I have a very full time job at a world-class high tech company. This is about “changing lives all across this great nation of ours.”
