Round 10

May 21, 2012 –

With P90X2 completed, I have created my Round 10 Hybrid. Yes, this is my 10th 90 day round of Beachbody workouts. I really love creating hybrids. I am like a kid in a candy story, especially since I have so many workout programs.

Well, this one is a doozie and I have combined ALOT of programs. However, this could help you see how I changed things up. I use P90X as a base for alot of my programs. For example, Training Blocks 1 and 2 are based off of P90X and the P90X2 Strength Phase. So, here are the programs I used to create this hybrid.

Training Blocks 1 and 2

Week 1/5 – P90X and P90X+

Week 2/6 – 1-on-1, Insanity, and Insanity – The Asylum

Week 3/7 – P90X2 and Les Mills Pump

Training Block 3

I took a different approach for Block 3 and did a hybrid from the Performance Phase of P90X2. I included PAP workouts as well as other Total Body workouts.

    Looks rough. I’d love to hear your opinion of Les Mills’ Pump. You got a review in the pipeline any time soon?

      Luke, You bet. I wanted to get through all the Les Mills workouts and I am almost done. In short, I really like it. You get a great burn and it switches things up. There is ALOT of reps. Feel free to shoot me an email if you want to chat more about it.
