Pay It Forward

April 27, 2011 –

Most of us on Team Right Now are people who have decided to make health and fitness a priority. Most of us have undergone some type of transformation and have made what were at first very difficult changes into our daily habits.

We have now inherited a responsibility to  “Pay It Forward” and help others. This is why I became coach and why we all must now help others reach their goals.

I have embedded a One-on-One video from Tony Horton called “Pay It Forward”. It is a 23 minute workout that features Brian Day. Brian has not worked out in 10 years and is ~400 lbs and probably needs to lose ~200lbs. I give him huge credit for taking the initiative to workout with Tony.

This workout is proof that everyone has a starting point! Tony urges us to “Pay It Forward” by using this DVD as a tool. You can either direct someone to this website or I can purchase the DVD.
