Getting Started

I am here to help you achieve yourgoals. I will take you through the steps to getting started!

Step 1 – Get Support!

 Step 2 – Getting To Know You

This is the most important thing to me as a coach. I want to get to know YOU…YOUR needs, YOUR goals. Who  YOU are is unique and I want to ensure I have some preliminary information. The form below will help us created a solid plan for you to meet your goals.

  • As someone who travels frequently, it eould be helpful to know how often you travel, for what duration, and whether it is mostly domestic / International or both.

 Step 3 – Creating A Plan

Once I have looked over your information, we can work on a plan that is right for you. All plans will be based on a simple equation:


Fitness There is a fitness program that is right for you. there is a WIDE variety of programs that you can do in the comfort of your own home. Nutrition All Beachbody programs come with a nutritional guide. However, this is the area I get most questions and in my humble opinion, is the hardest part of any program. We will work on what is nutritional plan is right for you and make sure that you are getting the best fuel possible for your body. I strongly believe in Shakeology, which is a phenomenal product I have been using since June 2010.  Step 4 – Getting What You Need

We will figure out the most economical way for your to meet your goals. Most of the time, Challenge Packs are the Best Value as they have a special discounted price that combines the workout and Shakeology. However, we will look at your individual circumstances and ensure that we meet your financial budget.

Depending on the program, you may need no equipment to some equipment. ALL programs can be done with minimal equipment (resistance band). However, to get the most out of some programs, some extra equipment is required. Depending on your program, we will figure out what you will need. You can see the available equipment HERE to get an idea of what is out there.

 Step 5 – Plug In

This is where the SUPPORT piece falls on you. We have so many ways for you to plug into the team for support from myself and from others going through programs.
