    Hi I tried to join and make you my coach via beach body but it wouldn’t let me as I live in the u.k., any chance this will change soon. Thanks for the great page and all the info you give

      Steve. I know Beachbody is going International. Their first two countries are Canada and Mexico. I would guess UK is the 3rd. You are still apart of TRN by visiting here and being an active participant. :) I lived in Windsor for a while on a work expat. Where do you live?

        I am in Liverpool, I have trained for many years in gyms etc and came across p90 x last year and have been hooked ever since thanks to your good self I have added one on one and insanity to my workouts and followed your hybrids,keep up the good work mate you are helping a lot of people stay fit

    I love this site! very good information and tips. However I would like to ask a question. I wonder what is the best way to lose weight, should i do a hybrid workout of p90x and insanity or just do insanity? My goal is to lose as much fat mass as possible but maintaining muscle?
