– Week of September 2. 2012
Hello Team!
I hope everyone had a restful and safe Labor Day weekend. And if you maybe ate a bit too much at all those picnics, know that this is a new week to Bring It! I have lots of news this week, so let’s get started!
Carl Daikeler in Chicago Suburbs
I have already talked to the team coaches about this, but if you are interested in seeing Carl Daikeler, CEO of Beachbody, he will be at the Chicago Super Saturday event In Lincolnshire, IL on September 29 from 1:30 – 4:30pm. Because of limited space, you need to register at the following link HERE.
It will really be worth it to taske some time to see the brain child of this company we call Beachbody.
Asylum Informercial – Mission Accomplished
Beachbody launched the Asylum in April of last year and I I finished it in May. It has taken over a year, but the infomercial is finally out! Apollo Ono and Hope Solo are both featured and even yours truly has a few seconds of fame. It tooka lot of patience to see if all the hard work and video submissions would yield me any air time, but I am humbled to say that it did. Check out the new Infomercial in my blog post HERE.
If your goal is to improve your Athletic Performance, Asylum really does deliver. I enjoyed it more than Insanity as I felt there were real distinctions between workouts. After a while, Insanity workouts started feeling all the same to me. Asylum is actually a pretty cheap program and it is only 30 days!
Body Type and Body Composition
Knowing Your Body Type and Calculating your Body Composition are two key pieces of information as you start your journey. I have posted 2 blogs this week that discuss how to figure out both of these.

Body Beast Progress
I love trying out new programs and I have been truly enjoying Body Beast. I am 9 weeks in with 3 weeks to go. I have received more questions on this program than any new program in the last couple of years, with a close second to P90X2.
So much of Body Beast invoves nutrition and supplements. The workouts are great. They are hard core weight lifting routines. But if you really want to try and gain some mass, you need to eat right.
I have put up my BULK Phase review, which is the second Block to the program. You can see my review, thoughts, and progress HERE.
Changes in Daily Contests
Do you log in your workouts in the Team Beachbody SuperGym? You should! And in the past, they would randomly select people to win $500 per day. Well, no more random, computer-selected winners. With the new contest, Beachbody Challenge judges will select an “inspirational story of the day” to win the $500. The story of the day will NOT be based on stunning before-and-after photos or epic transformations, but rather an inspiring story—as simple as someone Pushing Play for the first time in their life and explaining why they started their journey.
How do you play? See the FAQ HERE.
“Help people achieve their goals and enjoy a healthy fulfilling life”
Stay Positive and keep the questions coming.
And, as always, there are 2 favors that I ask:
1) If you like the hard work I put into writing my articles and videos, PLEASE help me out by sharing them. Click the share links below them and share them on FB, Twitter, etc. It really helps me get more exposure and grow TeamRightNow!
2) Also, as always, remember that the way I benefit from being your coach is that I earn a commission from any Beachbody products that you purchase, as long as you buy them through my site, www.TeamRightNow.com, or by logging in to www.teambeachbody.com to do your shopping (If you buy from the plain beachbody site I get no credit). It helps with the amount of time I spend answering all your questions and helping you out. Thank you! I really appreciate it!
