The Domino Effect

September 5, 2012 –

Momentum is one of the most powerful forces in success…and failure. When you move  closer to your goal, your heart lifts up, your mood improves, and you believe a little bit more in yourself. Unfortunately, when you take a step back, the same can happen, but in a downward spiral.

Those who are on the team know I am honest guy and I can tell you that I deal with Head Trash and that fight against negative momentum all the time. But here is one thing I remind myself. There will always be someone faster, stronger, bigger, and richer. But there is only one ME!

We are all given an amazing set of talents and traits that God gave only us! So lift yourself up! And when the momentum stops, work your butt off to get that first domino to fall forward again. And keep working on building that momentum until nothing can stop you.

I wrote a post earlier this year on Courage. To truly start a goal, you need to decide to do it and then commit to it with all your heart. This takes courage! It takes courage to say I am going to change! It takes courage to pull yourself out of a hole. It takes courage to change the trajectory of your life and your health! BUT once you see that first domino fall, and you feel the snowball of momentum behind you, nothing can stop you! NOTHING! If there is a barrier in front of you, you will just steamroll over it!

So dig down inside yourself and commit to knocking over that first domino. Start down your path! Start your Life Balance Journey Right Now and move towards the life you want to live!

I appreciate all your comments. The dialogue is why I write. So please leave a message below!
