December 12, 2011 –
Based on the tremendous feedback I have received on my P90X Worksheets and my many other home-made worksheets. I have tried to up my game and include some other features, including:
– Time left in the workout at each exercise
– What equipment is required for each exercise
– Target Reps of Time Allowed for each exercise.
– I have included two versions of each workout. One version includes all the warm-up exercises, while the other does not!

Thanks for the worksheets Mike! I’ve use all of your One on One sheets.
Mike these worksheets are perfect! The BB ones are like a free iphone app that has advertising all over it.
These sheets are outstanding. Beachbody should have hired you to design theirs! Thanks for sharing them!

You bet Britt!
Thank you for improving the P90X2 worksheets. They are better than Beachbody’s worksheets!!!
Thanks Pat! I am glad you enjoy them.
Your worksheets are so famous I didn’t even bother to get to the BB page to look at them. Thanks for sharing, you rock!
WOW! Thank you so much Michael!!! I agree with Indo! You should get paid handsomely for your efforts!!!!
I agree with all of the positive comments these are great, but one suggestion. Any chance you could make the gray shaded rows a touch lighter. It is difficult to read with the dark shading once printed out. I’ve tried them on a couple of different high quality printers and they seem a bit too dark. The bottom of the worksheet as well is difficult to read which which work out the sheet if for. I wasn’t able to find a way to lighten them as PDF before printing or else i would do it for my own copies. Thanks for the worksheets that are very well laid out and much better the BB ones.
Man do i feel dumb I totally forgot that i had been here and that you had worked so hard for us to make these worksheets, with that said thank you so much and i’ll be down loading them tomorrow at work….As my printer is dead ;-)Already have my two days in…
